BAE Systems welcomes you to the New Hampshire State FIRST LEGO League (FLL) Tournament web site.
BAE Systems is particularly proud to sponsor FIRST LEGO League because
it reflects many of our Company’s values: People, Performance, Partnering
and Innovation. Just as a business’s long-term success is a journey
of continuous improvement, learning and growing, the FIRST LEGO League competition
seeks to instill those same traits in its participants. 3
Important Announcement for 2009 FLL in New Hampshire
From the BAE Systems NH FLL Partners – Chris Palie & Kerry Creeden
FIRST Lego League (FLL) has been growing across the world over the last
10+ years. However, in New Hampshire (NH) we have seen a slight decay
in the number of teams in our state.
In an attempt to encourage Northern NH FLL teams to form, be more accommodating
to traveling for Northern and coastal teams, and to support our neighboring
FLL states, the NH Partners will be relocating the Championship FLL Event
to a more central location for our FLL teams, Bedford NH. The 2009
FLL Championship event will take place on Sunday, December 6th.
On behalf of the NH Partners we would like to thank Nashua High School
for their kindness and support in hosting past FLL Championship events. We
want to thank both the North and South school for helping host very successful
events. In addition we would like to thank the students, parents,
and faculty for their support.
This year will be an exciting adventure for all FLL teams in NH. We
look forward to experiencing this new change with you all!
2009 Smart Move Season
Can FIRST LEGO® League teams transform
the way we look at transportation?
The key to the 2009 “Smart Move” Challenge is accessing people,
places, goods and services in the safest, most efficient way possible. In this
journey, teams will consider many modes of transportation beyond their daily routine
and streamline their options by making smart moves!
Kickoff is September 3, 2009!!
