Important Forms and Information

Each team member, coach, and volunteer attending the GSR must complete a 2011 FIRST Consent and Release form as well as a BAE SYSTEMS Release form. FIRST has an electronic Consent and Release form available for 2011 (students and their parents access the electronic form in STIMS; adult mentors in TIMS). Hardcopies of both forms have been provided below.

FRC Team Parade

On Saturday, March 3, we will be holding a team parade to introduce each team attending the 2012 GSR at some point in the morning. Please assign up to two team representatives and up to one team mascot to parade around the competition area during the team parade. We encourage you to carry flags, banners, and anything else advertising your team and any past accomplishments that you’re proud of. Also, please email Shaneaka Robinson a team photo with your team name and number in the email by February 10th.  This photo will be displayed on the big screen when your team’s name and number is announced during the parade, so be sure to submit it as soon as you can!
